قبول الشروط ودور المنصةAcceptance and platform role

باستخدام أوديسي (ODO) توافق على هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية والقواعد الظاهرة داخل التطبيق. أوديسي منصة لتنظيم طلبات التنقل والمقاعد والمسارات والمحفظة بين الركاب والسائقين المعتمدين؛ والسائق مسؤول عن قيادة المركبة والالتزام بقواعد المرور والسلامة.By using Odyssey (ODO), you agree to these terms, the privacy policy, and rules shown in the app. Odyssey coordinates mobility requests, seats, routes, and wallet activity between riders and approved drivers; each driver remains responsible for operating the vehicle and following traffic and safety rules.

الأهلية والحسابEligibility and accounts

الراكب أو الطالب عمره 13 عامًا على الأقل، مع موافقة ولي الأمر عندما يطلب القانون ذلك؛ والسائق عمره 18 عامًا على الأقل ومستوفٍ لمتطلبات القيادة.A rider or student must be at least 13, with parental consent where required; a driver must be at least 18 and legally eligible to drive.
قد تحتاج حسابات الطلاب والسائقين إلى مستندات ومراجعة وتفعيل إداري قبل استخدام كل المزايا.Student and driver accounts may require documents, review, and administrative activation before all features are available.
يجب تقديم بيانات صحيحة وحماية الحساب وعدم مشاركته. أنت مسؤول عن النشاط الصادر منه حتى تبلغنا عن استخدام غير مصرح به.You must provide accurate information, protect the account, and not share it. You are responsible for account activity until unauthorized use is reported.

المسارات والحجزRoutes and booking

تعمل الرحلات على المسارات المتاحة داخل التطبيق بين جرجا وسوهاج، ومنها المحافظة والجامعة، وقد تضيف الإدارة مسارات أخرى. يختار الراكب عدد المقاعد ونقطة صعود واقعة على المسار. يمكن قبول حجز بعد مغادرة الموقف فقط إذا بقيت مقاعد ولم تتجاوز السيارة نقطة الراكب. الطلب لا يصبح مؤكدًا إلا عند موافقة السائق وحجز الرصيد بنجاح.Trips operate on routes available in the app between Gerga and Sohag, including the governorate and university, and administration may add routes. A rider selects seats and an on-route pickup point. A booking may be accepted after departure only if seats remain and the vehicle has not passed the rider. A request is confirmed only after driver acceptance and successful balance reservation.

الأسعار والعمولة والمحفظةFares, platform fee, and wallet

يعرض التطبيق سعر المقعد وعمولة المنصة المضافة على الراكب وأي غرامة إلغاء قبل الإجراء ذي الصلة. تحدد الإدارة هذه القيم وقد تغيرها مستقبلًا للطلبات الجديدة. تُضاف عمليات الشحن اليدوي بعد مراجعة إيصال التحويل، ويمكن رفض الإيصال غير الواضح أو المكرر أو المخالف. رصيد المحفظة وسيلة داخلية لدفع الخدمة وليس حسابًا بنكيًا ولا يحقق فائدة. يطلب السائق سحب مستحقاته إلى وسيلة مدعومة بعد المراجعة.The app shows the seat fare, platform fee charged to the rider, and any cancellation charge before the relevant action. Administration sets these values and may change them for future requests. Manual top-ups are credited only after the transfer receipt is reviewed; unclear, duplicate, or invalid receipts may be rejected. Wallet balance is an internal service payment method, not a bank account and earns no interest. Drivers may request withdrawal of eligible earnings to a supported method, subject to review.

الإلغاء والانتظارCancellation and waiting

إلغاء الراكب قبل موافقة السائق مجاني.Rider cancellation before driver acceptance is free.
إذا وافق السائق وما زالت السيارة في الموقف بحالة تحميل، قد تُخصم غرامة الإلغاء المعروضة؛ القيمة الافتراضية 10% من سعر الرحلة ما لم تعرض إعدادات الرحلة قيمة أخرى.If the driver has accepted and the vehicle is still loading at the station, the displayed cancellation charge may apply; its default is 10% of the fare unless the trip settings show another value.
بعد بدء الرحلة لا يتاح الإلغاء العادي من الراكب؛ استخدم الدعم عند وجود طارئ أو نزاع.After the trip starts, normal rider cancellation is unavailable; use support for emergencies or disputes.
قد يحدد التطبيق وقت انتظار عند نقطة الصعود، ثم يبلغ الراكب بالمغادرة إذا انتهى الوقت. يجب أن تكون جاهزًا في النقطة المحددة.The app may set a pickup waiting period and notify the rider when the vehicle departs after it expires. You should be ready at the selected point.

التزامات السائق والدورDriver and queue obligations

يعلن السائق التحميل على خط محدد، ويعمل ترتيب السيارات بحسب نظام الدور الظاهر. يجب الرد على الطلب خلال المهلة المعروضة، وتحديث المقاعد والموقع وحالات الصعود والنزول بأمان ودقة. التأخر المتكرر في الرد قد ينهي الدور، وإلغاء السائق للرحلة بعد الالتزام بها قد يقيّد الحساب لحين مراجعة الإدارة. لا يجوز للسائق استخدام الهاتف أثناء القيادة بطريقة غير آمنة.A driver declares loading on a route and vehicles follow the queue order shown. Requests must be answered within the displayed timer, and seats, location, boarding, and drop-off states must be updated safely and accurately. Repeated late responses may end the queue turn, and canceling an accepted trip may restrict the driver account pending administrative review. Drivers must not use the phone unsafely while driving.

السلوك والتقييمات والبلاغاتConduct, ratings, and reports

يُمنع التحرش أو التهديد أو التمييز أو الاحتيال أو تزوير الموقع أو الصعود أو الإيصالات أو نشر محتوى مسيء أو بيانات شخصية للغير. يمكن للراكب الإبلاغ إذا سجّل السائق صعودًا أو نزولًا غير صحيح. قد نراجع التقييمات والتعليقات والبلاغات، ونخفي المحتوى أو نقيّد أو نوقف الحساب عند المخالفة، مع إتاحة التواصل مع الدعم.Harassment, threats, discrimination, fraud, falsifying location, boarding, or receipts, abusive content, and publishing another person's data are prohibited. A rider may report an incorrect boarding or drop-off record. We may review ratings, comments, and reports, hide content, or restrict or suspend an account for violations, with access to support.

التوافر والمسؤوليةAvailability and responsibility

لا نضمن وجود سيارة أو مقعد في كل وقت، وقد تتغير مواعيد الوصول بسبب المرور أو الطقس أو السلامة أو تعطل الشبكة. لا تستبدل مؤشرات التطبيق تقدير السائق ومسؤوليته على الطريق. في حدود القانون، لا نتحمل خسائر غير مباشرة أو ناتجة عن استخدام مخالف، ولا تؤثر هذه الشروط في حقوق المستهلك التي لا يجوز التنازل عنها.We do not guarantee a vehicle or seat at all times. Arrival timing may change due to traffic, weather, safety, or network issues. App indicators do not replace the driver's judgment and responsibility on the road. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or misuse, and these terms do not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

التغييرات والنزاعات والتواصلChanges, disputes, and contact

تخضع الخدمة للقانون الواجب التطبيق في مصر. حاول أولًا حل أي مشكلة عبر الدعم داخل التطبيق. قد نحدث هذه الشروط للطلبات المستقبلية وسنغير التاريخ ونبلغ بالتغييرات الجوهرية. للأسئلة استخدم مركز الدعم أو البريد: يُحدَّد قبل الإطلاق.The service is subject to applicable law in Egypt.
