طالب أو راكب عاديStudent or regular rider
الراكب يسجل البيانات الأساسية. الطالب يضيف الكلية والتخصص عندما تكون متاحة، لتقديم تجربة أنسب وإحصاءات مجمعة.A regular rider adds basic details. A student also supplies faculty and major when available, supporting a better experience and aggregated statistics.
اختيار الصعود بالخريطةMap pickup selection
تظهر الخريطة عند اختيار الموقع فقط، وتقبل النقاط الواقعة على نطاق المسار.The map appears only while choosing a pickup and accepts points within the route corridor.

حدد نقطة الصعودSet pickup
استخدم المحفوظة أو اختر نقطة جديدة على المسار وشاهد اسم المنطقة.Use a favorite or choose a new on-route point and see its area name.

الموافقة والدفعAcceptance and payment
بعد موافقة السائق يُحجز المبلغ من المحفظة وتظهر حالة مؤكدة.After driver acceptance, the amount is reserved from the wallet and confirmation appears.

التنبيهات والتقدمAlerts and progress
استلم تنبيه الاقتراب والوصول والانتظار، وراقب السيارة على خط التقدم حتى الوجهة.Receive approach, arrival, and waiting alerts, and follow the vehicle on the progress line.

يمكن الحجز بعد انطلاق السيارة إذا بقيت مقاعد ولم تتجاوز نقطة صعودك.You can book after departure when seats remain and the vehicle has not passed your pickup.

قبل موافقة السائق، إلغاء الطلب مجاني.Before driver acceptance, cancellation is free.

بعد القبول أثناء التحميل، يظهر أثر الإلغاء والغرامة قبل التأكيد.After acceptance while loading, the cancellation impact and charge are shown first.

بعد بدء الرحلة لا يتاح الإلغاء العادي، ويمكنك فتح بلاغ عند تسجيل صعود أو نزول غير صحيح.After the trip starts, normal cancellation is unavailable; you can report an incorrect boarding or drop-off record.
