نطاق هذه السياسةScope of this policy

توضح هذه السياسة كيف تتعامل خدمة أوديسي (ODO) مع البيانات عند استخدام التطبيق أو الموقع كطالب أو راكب أو سائق. لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية ولا نستخدمها لإعلانات سلوكية.This policy explains how Odyssey (ODO) handles data when you use the app or website as a student, rider, or driver. We do not sell personal data or use it for behavioral advertising.

البيانات التي قد نجمعهاData we may collect

الحساب والهوية: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، صورة الحساب، العمر أو تاريخ الميلاد، نوع الحساب، وبيانات تسجيل الدخول بما فيها تسجيل Google.Account and identity: name, email, phone, profile photo, age or date of birth, account role, and sign-in information including Google sign-in.
بيانات الطالب الاختيارية أو المطلوبة للتسجيل: الكلية والتخصص والنوع عند تقديمه، لاستخدامها في تشغيل الخدمة وإحصاءات مجمعة.Student details supplied at registration: faculty, major, and gender when provided, for service operation and aggregated statistics.
بيانات السائق والمركبة: الرخص، مستندات التحقق، رقم المركبة وسعتها، وبيانات المراجعة والتفعيل.Driver and vehicle data: licenses, verification documents, vehicle number and capacity, review, and activation status.
الموقع والرحلات: نقطة الصعود المختارة أو المفضلة، المسار، حالة الحجز، توقيتات الصعود والنزول، وموقع السائق أثناء التحميل أو الرحلة لتوجيهه وتنبيه الركاب.Location and trips: selected or favorite pickup point, route, booking status, boarding and drop-off times, and driver location while loading or on a trip for navigation and rider alerts.
المحفظة والمعاملات: الرصيد، عمليات الدفع والسحب والشحن، وسيلة التحويل، وإيصال التحويل الذي يرفعه المستخدم. لا نطلب كلمة مرور حسابك البنكي أو محفظتك.Wallet and transactions: balance, payments, withdrawals, top-ups, transfer method, and uploaded transfer receipt. We do not ask for your bank or wallet password.

كيف نستخدم البياناتHow we use data

نستخدم البيانات لإنشاء الحساب والتحقق منه، تنظيم دور السيارات، مطابقة الحجوزات بالمقاعد والمسار، حساب السعر والعمولة والغرامة المعروضة، تشغيل المحفظة، إرسال تنبيهات الرحلة، مراجعة السائقين والإيصالات والبلاغات، منع الاحتيال، دعم المستخدمين، وإعداد إحصاءات تشغيلية مجمعة. تعتمد المعالجة على تنفيذ الخدمة وموافقتك عند طلب الأذونات ومصالح السلامة المشروعة والالتزامات القانونية حيث تنطبق.We use data to create and verify accounts, manage the vehicle queue, match bookings to seats and routes, calculate displayed fare, platform fee, and cancellation charge, operate the wallet, send trip alerts, review drivers, receipts, and reports, prevent fraud, provide support, and produce aggregated operational statistics. Processing relies on providing the service, your permission where requested, legitimate safety interests, and applicable legal obligations.

أذونات الجهازDevice permissions

نطلب الموقع لاختيار نقطة الصعود وتشغيل توجيه السائق والتحديثات أثناء الرحلة، والكاميرا أو الصور لرفع صورة الحساب والمستندات والإيصالات، والإشعارات لإبلاغك بالقبول والاقتراب والوصول والانتظار والمغادرة والإلغاء. يمكنك إيقاف الأذونات من إعدادات الجهاز، لكن الوظائف المرتبطة بها قد لا تعمل.We request location to select pickup, navigate drivers, and provide trip updates; camera or photos for profile images, documents, and receipts; and notifications for acceptance, approach, arrival, waiting, departure, and cancellation. You can disable permissions in device settings, but related features may stop working.

المشاركة ومقدمو الخدمةSharing and service providers

يظهر للسائق الحد الأدنى اللازم لخدمة الحجز، مثل اسم الراكب وعدد المقاعد ونقطة الصعود، ويظهر للراكب ملف السائق والمركبة وحالة الرحلة. قد نعتمد على خدمات Google Firebase وخرائط Google والإشعارات والاستضافة والتشخيص، وعلى الجهات المالية التي تختارها أنت عند التحويل. نشارك البيانات عند الضرورة القانونية أو لحماية المستخدمين والحقوق، ولا نشاركها للإعلان المستهدف.Drivers receive only what is needed to serve a booking, such as rider name, seat count, and pickup point; riders see the driver and vehicle profile and trip status. We may rely on Google Firebase, Google Maps, notifications, hosting, diagnostics, and the financial service you choose for a transfer. We may disclose data where legally required or to protect users and rights, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

الاحتفاظ والحذفRetention and deletion

نحتفظ بالبيانات طوال بقاء الحساب أو حسب الحاجة لتقديم الخدمة. عند حذف الحساب نحذف أو نفصل البيانات الشخصية التي لم يعد لها غرض، مع إمكانية الاحتفاظ بسجلات محدودة للمعاملات والنزاعات والسلامة ومكافحة الاحتيال والالتزامات القانونية. قد تبقى نسخ مؤقتة داخل النسخ الاحتياطية حتى دورة الحذف المعتادة. راجع صفحة حذف الحساب للتفاصيل.We keep data while the account is active or as needed to provide the service. After account deletion, we delete or de-identify personal data no longer needed, while limited transaction, dispute, safety, fraud-prevention, and legally required records may be retained. Temporary copies may remain in backups until the normal deletion cycle completes. See Delete account for details.

الأمان وعمليات النقلSecurity and transfers

نستخدم صلاحيات وصول محدودة، وقواعد حماية للبيانات، واتصالات مشفرة، وسجلات مراجعة للإجراءات الحساسة. لا توجد وسيلة إلكترونية مضمونة بالكامل. قد تعالج خدمات البنية التحتية البيانات في دول أخرى مع تطبيق وسائل الحماية المتاحة.We use limited access controls, data security rules, encrypted transport, and audit logs for sensitive actions. No electronic method is completely guaranteed. Infrastructure providers may process data in other countries using available safeguards.

العمر والطلاب الأصغر سنًاAge and younger students

حسابات الركاب والطلاب مخصصة لمن بلغوا 13 عامًا على الأقل، وقد يلزم إذن ولي الأمر إذا اشترطه القانون. حساب السائق لمن بلغ 18 عامًا واستوفى متطلبات القيادة. إذا عرفت أن بيانات طفل جُمعت بالمخالفة لهذه القواعد فتواصل معنا لحذفها.Rider and student accounts are for people aged 13 or older, and parental consent may be required where the law says so. Driver accounts require age 18 and applicable driving eligibility. If you believe a child's data was collected against these rules, contact us for deletion.

حقوقك وخياراتكYour rights and choices

يمكنك تحديث بياناتك، طلب نسخة أو تصحيح، سحب الأذونات، الاعتراض حيث يسمح القانون، أو حذف حسابك. إعدادات اللغة والوضع الداكن في هذا الموقع تحفظ على جهازك فقط، والموقع التعريفي لا يستخدم حاليًا أدوات إعلانات أو تحليلات طرف ثالث.You can update your profile, request access or correction, withdraw permissions, object where the law allows, or delete your account. Language and theme preferences on this website stay on your device, and the marketing site currently uses no third-party advertising or analytics tools.
