- افتح الخصوصية والأمان، ثم اختر «حذف الحساب».Open Privacy & security, then choose “Delete account.”
- راجع أثر الحذف وأكّد هويتك عندما يطلب التطبيق ذلك، ثم أكّد الطلب.Review the deletion impact, verify your identity if requested, and confirm.
الطلب بدون استخدام التطبيقRequest without using the app
أرسل طلبًا من البريد المرتبط بالحساب إلى يُحدَّد قبل الإطلاق، واكتب «طلب حذف حساب أوديسي» مع رقم الهاتف المسجل. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رمز التحقق أو بيانات بطاقة أو محفظة.Send a request from the email linked to your account to Set before launch. Use “Odyssey account deletion request” as the subject and include the registered phone number. Never send a password, verification code, card, or wallet credentials.
ما الذي يُحذف؟What is deleted?
بعد التحقق ومعالجة الطلب، نحذف أو نفصل بيانات ملفك الشخصي ومعلومات الاتصال ونقاط الصعود المفضلة ورموز الإشعارات والبيانات التشغيلية التي لم يعد هناك سبب للاحتفاظ بها. يفقد الحساب الوصول إلى التطبيق، ولا يمكن استعادة الرصيد أو المزايا بعد اكتمال الحذف إلا إذا فرض القانون خلاف ذلك.After verification and processing, we delete or de-identify profile data, contact information, favorite pickup points, notification tokens, and operational data no longer needed. App access ends, and balances or benefits cannot be restored after deletion unless the law requires otherwise.

قد نحتفظ بقدر محدود من سجلات المعاملات والإيصالات والنزاعات والبلاغات والسلامة ومكافحة الاحتيال عندما يلزم لإتمام معاملة معلقة أو الالتزام بالقانون أو الدفاع عن الحقوق. تُقيَّد هذه البيانات ولا تستخدم لتشغيل حساب نشط. قد تبقى نسخ مؤقتة في النسخ الاحتياطية حتى انتهاء دورة الحذف المعتادة.We may retain limited transaction, receipt, dispute, report, safety, and fraud-prevention records when needed to complete a pending transaction, meet legal duties, or protect rights. Such data is restricted and not used as an active account. Temporary copies may remain in backups until the normal deletion cycle completes.
الرصيد والطلبات المفتوحةBalance and open requests
قبل الحذف، أنهِ أي رحلة جارية وراجع رصيد المحفظة وطلبات الشحن أو السحب والنزاعات المفتوحة. قد نحتاج لإتمامها أو ردها قبل إغلاق الحساب. حذف التطبيق من الهاتف لا يحذف الحساب.Before deletion, finish any active trip and review wallet balance, top-up or withdrawal requests, and open disputes. We may need to settle or reverse them before closing the account. Uninstalling the app does not delete the account.
التحقق والمدةVerification and timing
قد نطلب خطوة تحقق لحماية الحساب من الحذف غير المصرح به. نعالج الطلب دون تأخير غير مبرر وخلال المدة التي يحددها القانون، ونرسل تأكيدًا عند اكتماله أو نوضح سبب التأخير المشروع.We may require verification to protect against unauthorized deletion. We process requests without undue delay and within applicable legal time limits, then confirm completion or explain any lawful delay.
