اختر طالبًا أو راكبًا أو سائقًا، وأكمل بيانات الدور المطلوب.Choose student, rider, or driver and complete the relevant details.

حدد الخط والصعودChoose route and pickup
اختر الوجهة والمقاعد وحدد نقطة مناسبة على المسار من الخريطة.Choose the destination and seats, then select an on-route pickup point on the map.

انتظر الموافقةWait for acceptance
يراجع السائق صاحب الدور عدد المقاعد والموقع ويقبل أو يرفض خلال العداد.The queued driver reviews seats and pickup, then accepts or declines within the timer.

تابع وقيّمFollow and rate
استلم تنبيهات الاقتراب والوصول، وتابع التقدم ثم قيّم التجربة أو أبلغ عن مشكلة.Receive approach and arrival alerts, follow progress, then rate or report an issue.

قبل موافقة السائق، يمكنك إلغاء الطلب مجانًا.Before driver acceptance, you can cancel the request for free.

بعد القبول أثناء التحميل، يظهر لك أثر الإلغاء قبل التأكيد.After acceptance while loading, the cancellation impact is shown before confirmation.

بعد بدء الرحلة لا يوجد إلغاء عادي؛ الدعم متاح للطوارئ والنزاعات.After the trip starts, normal cancellation is unavailable; support handles emergencies and disputes.

تبدأ الخدمة بخطوط جرجا إلى محافظة سوهاج وجامعة سوهاج، وخط العودة من الجامعة إلى جرجا. تظهر أي خطوط مضافة داخل التطبيق.The service starts with Gerga to Sohag Governorate and Sohag University, plus the return route from the university to Gerga. Any added routes appear in the app.
الإلغاء مجاني قبل موافقة السائق. بعد القبول أثناء التحميل قد تطبق الغرامة الظاهرة، وبعد بدء الرحلة لا يتاح الإلغاء العادي.Cancellation is free before driver acceptance. A displayed charge may apply after acceptance while loading, and normal cancellation is unavailable after the trip starts.
نعم. اطلب الحذف من صفحة حذف الحساب أو تواصل مع الدعم.Yes. Request it from the account deletion page or contact support.
